Is Life Beyond The Earth?
From the beginning, humanity has looked to the stars, wondering if we are alone in the universe. Ancient civilisations even recorded encounters with mysterious beings. But does the Bible reveal anything about life beyond Earth?
Extraterrestrial or Interdimensional
Before we turn to Scripture, let’s ask: if life beyond Earth truly exists, and what might it be like? Would these beings be visible to us? Could we interact with them? Are they physical creatures, bound by the same laws as us—or are they something else entirely? Are they extraterrestrial, interdimensional, or crypto terrestrials—beings that have always been here, hidden from view? These are complex questions, and any real answers the Bible provides may not be entirely clear. Any answers the Bible provides may exceed our understanding or ability to perceive them. In other words, a clear comprehension may be beyond human experience and reasoning. So if we’re to understand how the Bible speaks of these things, we may want to consider these questions along the way.
The Bible tells us of spiritual beings existing beyond the limits of our physical laws. Angels, demons, and fallen entities operate in realms that are beyond human perception (Colossians 1:16). This suggests that what we often label as ‘extraterrestrial’ life may not be beings from another planet like ours, but rather interdimensional entities—spiritual beings interacting with our world. If these entities were simply physical beings from another star system, we would expect them to follow the same laws of physics as we do. Yet their ability to manipulate time, distort reality, and vanish without a trace aligns more closely with the biblical portrayal of angels—most often fallen ones—than with that of physical extraterrestrials. This suggests they are interdimensional beings, not visitors from another planet.
I have always been deeply fascinated by the unknown, reading countless books and watching documentaries on extraterrestrials. However, my most eye-opening insights came when I began reading abduction testimonials. I found a thick book in the library filled with personal accounts that captivated me so much, that I read it every night before bed, finishing it in about a week and hungry for more. This was unusual for me, as I typically took weeks, or even months, to finish a book and rarely read them from cover to cover. But this book was different—I just couldn’t put it down.
This led me to dig deeper into the subject of aliens and examine the many stories of people’s encounters with them. In many of these, a common thread emerged of a sinister force at play, often disguised as something else.
Abductees reported waking up to find strange marks on their wrists, necks, or ankles. In some cases, homes were shaken, and roofs torn apart, yet the rest of the family remained completely unaware, still fast asleep. Women shared accounts of being impregnated, only to mysteriously lose their unborn children—a chilling phenomenon some refer to as a ‘breeding program.’ Despite variations in the stories, certain elements remained eerily consistent. One of the most perplexing aspects was the loss of time, with any damage done to property during the event seemingly reversing the next day as if nothing had happened. Roofs that had been ripped apart were found miraculously intact, leaving many to wonder whether these vivid experiences were simply elaborate dreams. However, the physical scars on their bodies, the missing time, and the strange cases of people disappearing for days could not be easily explained away.
These encounters do not resemble interactions with physical beings but rather the hallmarks of supernatural manifestations. The Bible describes fallen angels as capable of influencing the physical world (Genesis 6:1-4) while also being constrained by spiritual boundaries (Jude 6). This aligns more with interdimensional deception than interplanetary visitation.
The Spiritual Deception Behind Alien Encounters
While these accounts are compelling, they raise an even deeper question: Are these truly encounters with beings from distant planets, or could they be spiritual in nature? In some rare cases, abductees have reported that these entities spoke of God. One such account described a person who had just started attending church being told, “We believe in God, but not your God.” These beings acknowledged the existence of a higher power yet insisted that their “god” was not the same as ours.
This is where things take a darker turn. There have also been claims of deep underground military exercises in which participants are warned not to mention Jesus—even as a curse word. Allegedly, doing so would cause these entities to become agitated, sometimes even abandoning the entire operation.
The Bible warns us about deception. In 2 Corinthians 11:14, it states: “And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.” Could it be that these so-called aliens are demonic entities appearing in a form that modern society is more willing to accept? Could aliens and UFOs be merely a cover for demonic forces, interacting with government-funded programs operating outside official oversight? These secret operations might be ensnared by deception, with those involved believing they are engaging with interdimensional beings from distant planets through portals conjured by ritualistic processes, mistaking it for science. In reality, they may unknowingly be surrendering their power, allowing these entities to act as brokers, operating in stealth between groups, organisations, and governments to manipulate and control them.
This all may sound unbelievable, which is why many Christians avoid discussing these topics. However, I believe it is unwise to make claims that cannot be validated, as doing so may undermine our credibility when presenting biblical truths. That does not mean we should ignore these matters, but we must be careful not to accept anything as truth if it falls outside of, or contradicts the Bible.
Biblical Evidence of Beings Beyond Earth
The Bible also provides insight into the unseen spiritual realm that influences our world. In Daniel 10:12-13, we see a striking example of this when an angel sent to Daniel was delayed for 21 days by the “prince of Persia.” This was not an earthly ruler but a powerful demonic entity opposing God’s will. It was only with the help of Michael, the archangel, that the angel was able to continue his mission.
This passage reveals a deeper spiritual reality: behind earthly nations and events, there are supernatural forces at work—some aligned with God and others in active rebellion against Him. Just as the prince of Persia resisted God’s messenger, could similar dark forces be operating today, influencing governments, ideologies, and even modern perceptions of extraterrestrial encounters?
Ephesians 6:12 reminds us: “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” If these principalities held power over ancient nations, there is reason to believe they still do.
The Great Deception
Many Christians dismiss discussions of extraterrestrials, thinking it’s purely science fiction. But what if this is part of the enemy’s deception? The Bible tells us to “test the spirits” (1 John 4:1) and warns that Satan seeks to deceive even the elect (Matthew 24:24).
Could the modern alien phenomenon simply be demonic forces opposing God—dark entities manifesting in a way that aligns with our contemporary worldview? If Satan once appeared to ancient civilizations as a false god, could he now be masquerading as an ‘advanced being from another galaxy’ to lead people away from the truth of Christ?
Final Thoughts
I believe that while some UFO sightings and abduction accounts may be hoaxes or psychological experiences, many are real encounters—but not with extraterrestrials. Instead, they involve fallen angels, demons, or even rogue government-funded black ops conducting experiments rooted in occult practices, operating beyond official oversight.
History shows that deception has always played a role in shaping global events. Adolf Hitler and the Nazi regime were deeply involved in Satanic cults, the occult, and dark esoteric practices, seeking supernatural power to advance their agenda. After World War II, Operation Paperclip brought former Nazi scientists to the United States, where figures like Wernher von Braun—a top Nazi general—helped establish NASA and contributed to the intelligence operations that later became the CIA. Some claim that in Hebrew, “NASA” (נָשָׂא) means “to deceive,” though the full linguistic argument is debated. Regardless, the connection between occult-influenced scientists and modern technological advancements cannot be ignored.
The enemy has always used deception to lead people astray, and in an age where science and technology dominate, the idea of aliens may be one of his most effective tools in this deception. As Christians, we must remain discerning, test the spirits, and rely on Scripture to interpret what is happening in our world.
While the concept of extraterrestrial life is captivating, we must remember that not all mysteries are what they seem. The Bible warns of deception (2 Corinthians 11:14), urging us to remain alert and not fall prey to false teachings or demonic forces disguised as something else (Matthew 24:24). As we explore these modern phenomena, it’s important to measure everything against the unchanging truth of Scripture (Hebrews 13:8). Ultimately, the answer may not lie in outer space but in the spiritual realm, where forces beyond our comprehension are at work (Ephesians 6:12).
